Nerd Herders started as an fun nickname for our team mentors. Then recently it grew into the idea of giving mentors a platform to share their experiences, thoughts and insights.
Mentors provide unique and valued support to our team and they don’t always get a spotlight shined on them! More than just their technical knowledge they often provide guidance and support in other ways too.
